Rx 100 may launch the legendary with a four stroke mill.

We know all of you bike enthusiasts after reading this will be glued to your chairs with eyes fixed on the screen…not your fault,its the ′s charismatic charm.

The company is examing various options, such as engine type and styling. However, sources say it would largely maintain the basic design of the earlier vehicle, which drove demand for the company.

Pankaj Dubey, national business head, India Motors, said: “We are working on the lines of the and are looking to have something of a similar product for India. It will be early to talk about it but we will come out with a product there.” will not relaunch the with a two-stroke bike, as India would upgrade to even stricter Bharat Stage IV emission norms in the coming months. “We cannot launch the RX (100) with a two-stroke engine but we are working on a four-stroke version for the bike,” added Mr. Dubey.

The launch could catapult ’s volumes multi-fold if the bike is priced in the same category as other entry or commuter level bikes.

Will the new 4-stroke be able to continue the legacy of its glorious 2-stroke days?? We’ll have to wait and see..
